William M. (“Bill”) Todd has been engaged in the private practice of law in Ohio for nearly 4 decades. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After spending over 35 years in “Big Law,” he decided to open a boutique law firm specializing in his specialty areas of health law, economic development matters, and political and campaign finance law.
During his career, Bill has served as trial and/or appellate counsel in over 1,000 civil matters. The subject matter of these cases has ranged from business litigation and tort law to complex constitutional law cases involving important political matters.
In addition, Bill has extensive experience in the corporate practice of law, representing small, medium, and large businesses in matters as diverse as developing and funding new businesses, to mergers and acquisition transactions. Much of Bill’s corporate practice background has been developed in the substantive areas of health and insurance.
Finally, Bill has developed a strong background in the lobbying of proposed changes in federal law, as well as proposed changes in Ohio’s Constitution and laws in a variety of subject areas.
